The show at the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center’s Advocate & Gochis Galleries opened on December 20, 2012.
It was, as far as we know, Edith’s first one-woman show ever. During the month the show was up, it is estimated that over a thousand people visited the gallery and admired Edith’s artwork.
The time-lapse video footage below shows TEAM EDITH over a period of several days, transforming the space so that we could not only share Edith’s amazing pieces but also tell her story via a comprehensive timeline.
